Q. What happens during an Indian Head Massage?
A. You will be asked to sit on a chair and remove your top. I will leave the room for your privacy and a towel sarong will be provided for your comfort. I would then proceed to start the Indian Head Massage, working on the upper back, shoulders, arms, chest, neck, head and face.
Q. Do I need remove any clothing?
A. Indian Head Massage can be done over clothing if preferred but is far more effective with clothing removed. You would only need to remove your top and a towel sarong will be provided for your modesty and comfort.
Q. How many treatments will I need?
A. This will be dependant on the problem you are wishing to treat and your individual needs. You will receive a full consultation and I would recommend a suitable course of treatment tailored individually to you.
